At this training, organizers will train attendees how to have a structured conversation with their coworkers and determine their strike readiness. We will go step by step over the following:
1) How to talk with coworkers about the process of building a credible strike threat;
2) How to listen to coworkers about their fears and questions about striking;
3) How to agitate coworkers to grow their commitment to the escalation plan
